In my studio, I’m currently re-visiting Hazel Cobb’s Technique Builders. Sometimes we try new books for students and the “oldies but goodies” can be left behind. I really like the drills in this book for chord inversions. I made a chord inversion fingering guide for my students, but Cobb’s drills for chord inversions are very helpful!

I am starting this page, because I want to experiment with stopping my email list. I’ll put short little updates here for you as well as seasonal roundups of resources available on my site. I’m currently reading this book about practice. I really like the tips in it. It would be a great gift for teenaged students.
