Playing Disney music is a great way to keep students of almost any age interested in music. So it’s important to find the best Disney piano books!
Do you have students who still ask to play Let it Go? With Frozen 2 coming out later this year, I have been getting requests from students to play music from Frozen.
I’ve tried various Disney books over the years but haven’t had much luck with getting a student to truly master a Disney piano piece.
These Disney books from Faber & Faber came out a few months ago, and they are great!
The layout is very clear.
Because of the teacher duets, even a primer Disney piano piece sounds lovely.
Like other Faber & Faber books, finger numbers are circled when students have to move a hand. But new for Faber books is a note that says “shift to (letter name)” next to the circled Finger number. This is very helpful.
Let it Go is in Level 1 and has a beautiful duet. Be sure to check out the other levels!
